General requirements
To be considered for admission to the Sophie Davis Biomedical Education Program / CUNY School of Medicine, an applicant must:
- Be a high school graduate as of June 30, 2025
- Have a minimum grade point average of 85 through the first three years of high school
- Submit three essays
- Submit five letters of recommendation
- Please note, submitting ACT and SAT scores will remain optional for students in the 2024-2025 application cycle
