Key Features

  • Students in our department are interested in how governments are structured, how they should be structured, what policies they adopt, how power is distributed and what motivates political behavior. We offer a wide variety of courses in American politics, public administration, comparative politics, international relations and political theory. These courses emphasize critical thinking, oral communication, writing and research skills.
