Hotel and Restaurant Management at Eastern Michigan University is a comprehensive program that integrates principles of hotel and restaurant management with club and resort management.

Learning outcomes

The hotel and restaurant management program provides experiential educational opportunities in a wide variety of hospitality organizations through co-op or internships .

A wide variety of minors are available to meet the diverse needs of our students in meeting their career objectives. The program offers a bachelor of science, graduate certificate and master of science degree.
