You’ll explore key elements of the industry and you’ll learn how to take an analytical approach to talent management, applied research and service quality.

This programme begins with an intensive one-week induction which will give you the chance to meet other students and get up to speed with University life. You’ll be allocated an academic adviser who’ll support you and help you to develop your study skills as you progress.
Many of the graduates of this course are now working for large international organisations. The skills you develop on this course will equip you for management roles across the thriving hospitality industry, from major hotel chains to cruise ships, casinos, restaurant groups and nightclubs. Some of our graduates have moved into careers in marketing or human resources too, but perhaps the most popular career route is hotel management.
