Bachelor level social workers are skilled in advocacy, case management, group work, and are often employed by healthcare facilities, the Department of Mental Health, Department of Human Services, Office of Juvenile Affairs, and a wide variety of non-profit agencies.

If you are motivated to help others and have a passion for the advancement of social justice, then social work is a great career choice. BSW students come into the program having completed a set of prerequisite courses and then enter into two years of social work courses.
