I liked that Professors pretty much are willing to help whenever I needed them. However, sometimes for me it was difficult some courses because the education gap between Kyrgyzstan and Switzerland is very high.
I will start my studies in September so I can't say so much. Buy during this difficult months of Corona the University managed to organise everything in a very efficient way . All the people have always been really kind and disposable, like I already was a memeber of the School.
