The English-language degree program teaches qualified professionals how to successfully manage IT projects in an international, interdisciplinary and intercultural environment.

Learning outcomes

Over the International IT Management program offered at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, students will acquire the skills to launch, supervise, actively participate in and successfully complete challenging IT projects in complex situations while taking into consideration cultural differences.

As part of the degree program, students will to spend two semesters studying abroad, which will support them to acquire the requisite skills. Due to a progressing globalization and hence an increasing level of international collaborations, this course will provide you with promising future career prospects.

Programme Structure

Roughly two thirds of the course content is made up of core modules which all students have to take and all of which are taken while on campus in Switzerland.

The remaining third is freely chosen by the student in relation to the major, and is selected and attended at a partner university abroad during the two mandatory exchanges.
