History
Toulouse School of Management (TSM), founded in 1955, began by opening its doors to engineers and business executives to train them in modern management techniques. Now, with 3,000 students, an excellent employment rate of graduates, a recognized research laboratory, a renowned doctoral school, and internationally acclaimed teaching staff, TSM is and will remain a French top school of management.
Education
TSM delivers top-quality academic and professional education, ensuring that students will quickly find employment upon graduation.
TSM offers full-time educational programmes in the main management disciplines at both undergraduate and graduate level. The subject areas we propose are accounting and financial control, finance, human resource management, marketing, and strategy.
We prepare students for the working world through teaching, talks by top-level professionals, supervised projects, and extended internships.
TSM offers concrete international opportunities for students. We have a large network of international partners throughout the world and several degrees are taught in English.
Research
TSM is producing and sharing scientific expertise in the area of management and our faculty is increasingly working with acclaimed international research centres and publishing articles in the top scientific journals.
Our research centre is a certified CNRS research unit (French National Centre for Scientific Research); the doctoral school has received wide academic recognition.

Student services
Students can rely on our administrative staff to succeed. Our administrative officers keep themselves available to support all students in their studies at TSM.
The Corporate Relations Office facilitates students’ professional integration by managing a large alumni network. It assists them with finding internships or apprenticeship contracts, particularly with the organisation of the TSM Master Internship Fair and the TSM Apprenticeship Fair.
The International Office helps students continue their education abroad and widen their academic and professional horizons. Our International Office team also assists international students in their applications and arrival in Toulouse.
Housing services
The CROUS (Regional Student Social Support Service) provides rooms and flats in student halls on the TSM campus and on the other Toulouse campuses.
Other student halls can be found off-campus.
The Youth Information Centre (CRIJ) provides online information about private owners’ offers to students.
Students can also have access to the Toul'Box: a complete set of tools for students to settle easily in Toulouse.
Library services
As part of Toulouse Capitole University, TSM offers 1,600 desk spaces at 4 libraries. Students can book group study rooms, access free tutoring and IT support, and loan tablets and computers.
TSM students can also access the University's Language Resource Center where they can join a conversation workshop, work by themselves or in groups, borrow books, CDs, DVDs in foreign languages.

Medical services
The SIMPPS preventive medicine department is a medical and social service exclusively reserved for students, located on campus. Students can freely consult general practitioners, specialists and social workers and get assistance for social care and administrative formalities. They can also get special arrangements for temporary or permanent disabilities.
Campus life
TSM is based in the “Anciennes Facultés”. Classes are held there as well as at two other sites of the University, “Arsenal” (right across from TSM buildings) and “Manufacture des Tabacs” (along the Canal de Brienne, a beautiful 10-min walk from TSM buildings).
Located in the heart of Toulouse city centre, TSM gives students the opportunity to grab a coffee or their lunches at one of the many restaurants around. All facilities can be found within a few minute walk: restaurants and bars but also supermarkets, post offices, shops, pharmacies…
Students can also find several cafeterias and canteens on campus. Weather permitting, they like staying outside in the beautiful garden of the "Anciennes Facultés".
Sports facilities
The University sports service, the DAPS, offers weekly classes open to all students registered at TSM.
Our students have the opportunity to practise sports for fun or to obtain a bonus mark.
The sport classes’ catalogue is varied and gives students the opportunity to practise 36 different sports such as Dance (Rock, Swing, Salsa, African Dance…), Fitness training (Pilates, Yoga, Workout, Training and Coaching,...), Team sport (Basketball, Football, Handball, Rugby…), Individual sport (Tennis, Golf, Climbing, Gymnastic, Self-defense…) and so on.
TSM has a specific section (SHN) for High Level Athletes.
Student clubs
At TSM students can join more than 70 student associations.
The TSM Student Body Association organises social life on campus. It enables students and alumni to develop friendly and professional relationships. Throughout the year, the association puts on events such as the integration weekend, the Gala, Snow Day… Through the wide selection of proposed events students can build a valuable network of friends and colleagues.
TSM Consulting is the junior company of TSM. It is managed by a dynamic and rigorous group of students who offer their management expertise. By joining TSM Consulting, students can assist companies with: knowing their market, improving their finances, optimizing their costs, managing their team.
- TSM obtained EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System) accreditation, in October 2023.
- TSM has been granted EFMD accreditation (European Foundation for Management Development), the main European agency for strategic audit and accreditation, for its Master in International Management programme, for its Master in Finance programme and for its Doctoral Programme.
- TSM has also been awarded the “Teaching and Research” Qualicert Service Certification for the quality of its teaching and research activities. TSM was the first higher education school to earn this certification, which has been renewed every year since.
