Description
Candidates themselves choose their host country. Around ten scholarships are awarded annually for France by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Higher Education.

Eligibility
- Criterion of excellence: to have an average of at least 80% at the end of secondary school.
- Study of the language of the host country in a language institute in France (2 choices of institutes: the CAREL in Royan or the Institut de Touraine). Grant holders in France are allowed to do a preliminary year in France (French as a foreign language training to reach the level B2).
