History

From the hiring of Oklahoma A&M College’s first business instructor in 1898 to the opening of the Spears School of Business’ new campus home in 2018, the history of OSU business education has been one of innovation and leadership in academics, research and outreach.

Our scholars work closely with Spears Business undergraduate and graduate students, providing them with hands-on experience and mentoring that helps develop their intellectual curiosity, creativity and entrepreneurial skills.

Eastin Center for Career Readiness - The center’s mission is to guide and support Spears Business students as they prepare to pursue professional opportunities and practice continued growth. Eastin Center career services provide help through areas such as job searches and career fairs, interview preparation, resume and cover letter writing skills, development of core competencies, professional mentoring and other topics.
