Within this Photography BA program from the RMIT University you will be challenged to produce work that responds to the critical discourses in both local and global contexts and you will explore emerging technologies, while also analysing and synthesising their relevance to your own image making.

As a professional practitioner with specialist knowledge in photography, you will have the awareness and skills to interpret and shape your field once you graduate. You must have successfully completed a qualification recognised by RMIT as equivalent to the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) with a minimum average of 65%.
Equivalent qualifications may also include completion of the RMIT Foundation Studies program or a recognised post secondary diploma in the relevant discipline with the required grades.
Meeting the minimum academic requirements does not guarantee entry. Your application will still need to be assessed and accepted.

If you are applying for July intake, you must have successfully completed one of the following within 10 years of the program commencement date:

comparable studies to the first semester of this program, undertaken in another photography or photo imaging bachelor degree program, or equivalent

OR

an Australian diploma of advanced diploma (or equivalent) in photography or photo imaging
