Overview
In your first year of this(Hons) Screenwriting and Producing programme at Regent's University London, you’ll focus on the creative processes involved in film, television and media production – developing practical skills in screenwriting, directing, producing, editing and production management. In your second and third years, you'll focus on your chosen pathway, allowing you to pursue your interests in much more detail – gaining highly specialist industry skills.
Careers
This course will nurture your creative development as a writer, a storyteller and director, as well as sharpening your understanding of the production process. You'll gain production and management expertise, together with industry-standard skills in script evaluation and the ability to write high-quality scripts yourself.
Graduates from this programme have gone on to work with national TV broadcasters and international film studios, or have started up their own production companies.

General requirements
One of the following qualifications:
- Two GCE A-levels at grade A-C
- 24 points in the International Baccalaureate• US High School Diploma with a minimum GPA of 2.5 PLUS one of the following:
- Two AP tests with an average grade of 3◦ SAT score of 1000 (500+ in both subjects)
- ACT with a composite score of 23 (20 in each section)
- Dual Enrolment and College credits (1st year) – 20, with a GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Equivalent qualifications as deemed acceptable by the University and set out in the Admissions Manual and UK NARIC.
