The Data Science and Applied Analytics Major is offered by Concordia University Wisconsin. Data science is the extraction of knowledge from large volumes of data. The CUW data science and applied analytics program will equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to ethically manipulate and effectively analyze data, revealing insights into problem domains.

Concordia’s degree in data science and analytics program will equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to ethically manipulate and effectively analyze data, revealing insights into problem domains. In the data science degree program curriculum, you will gain knowledge from four main areas of study: math and statistics, computer science, data science and analytics, and communication. An applied analytics course emphasizes using tools from statistics, mathematics, and technology to extract valuable information from large sets of data and skills from communication to convey information and insights to a broad audience.
