With a degree in Environmental Engineering at University of Nebraska-Lincoln, you can actively pursue opportunities that impact all living things on our planet, including designing, creating and using structures and equipment to protect the environment and helping solve pollution problems and other major challenges. As a student, you will be exposed to multiple topics within environmental engineering to devise engineering solutions for water and air pollution control and treatment, the drinking water supply, wastewater management, solid waste management, public health, water resources management, and sustainable design and industrial ecology.
