Overview
Throughout this International Politics programme at University of London Institute in Paris you will develop an advanced understanding of state, non-state, governmental and non-governmental actors ‘doing’ international politics in the contemporary world. Learn how these actors perform international politics and how theories and methods can be used to understand their actions.
Key Facts
Learning Labs are three-hour sessions that will allow you to experiment with different study styles, work on group projects and develop research skills. Blending traditional seminars with fieldwork will provide you with a firm theoretical and practical foundation for understanding how international politics works.
Some of our graduates enter sectors such as government, international governmental or non-governmental organisations, whilst others transfer skills gained during study into roles such as policy research, law, activism, campaigning or a wide range of opportunities in the non-profit or commercial fields.
The University of London Institute in Paris works closely with the British Council (we are even sharing a historic building) and the British Embassy. Our outstanding degree programmes were developed in collaboration with Queen Mary University of London – a world-renowned university for its academic excellence.
Study a wide range of political actions beyond institutional forms, with close attention to ‘bottom-up’ approaches, social movements and everyday politics.
