Overview

Students who arrive at Carnegie Mellon with previous language experience and/or who have high Advanced Placement, an International Baccalaureate, or internal placement exam scores will be able to begin taking courses toward the major or minor earlier in their undergraduate program and will also be able, should they desire, to complete an additional major.
