With The Secondary education (Honours) program at Monash University as a double degree, you’ll develop specialist knowledge in areas you’re interested in. You’ll have a number of secondary teaching areas to pick from, spanning across our five partner degrees: Arts, Business, Fine Art, Music and Science.

Studied as a double degree, you’ll qualify in two teaching areas and be able to teach adolescents from 12 to 18 years of age.

This is all knowledge which you'll apply to your specialist teaching areas. In your education degree you'll develop an understanding of adolescent learning and development in a secondary education environment, as well as curriculum planning, implementation and evaluation.
