Overview

The curriculum of the Economics (Honors) program from DePaul University offers courses that explore topics such as unemployment, inflation, production and distribution, economic growth, environmental issues, poverty, urban and regional development, international trade, labor issues, economic history, and international economic relations.

The following curricular requirements are strongly recommended:

Four years of English

Three years of mathematics (minimum course work equivalent to Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II)

Three years of science (two of which must be lab science)

Two years of social science

Two years of language study other than English

Common Application School Report.

Submission of SAT or ACT Scores is not required for admission if you are applying from outside the United States.
