October 1st, 2007 – created from the merging of two institutions: ENSICA and SUPAERO.
Education
The School delivers a unique, complete range of top level science and engineering degree programs, including:
- "Ingénieur ISAE-SUPAERO" (MSc),
- Master of Science in "Aerospace Engineering",
- 15 Advanced Masters,
- 6 Doctoral programs,
- CNAM-ISAE engineering apprenticeship training program,
- continuing education programs.
Research
ISAE-SUPAERO is a research and innovation-driven institution of higher education, committed to balancing scientific excellence, academic visibility and proximity to industrial objectives.
ISAE-SUPAERO research activities have helped to make the school an international leader not only in terms of its aerospace engineering program but also its post-graduate programs including its masters (MSc) and doctoral programs in engineering sciences.

Housing services
ISAE-SUPAERO offers students a new campus and an outstanding living and learning environment including 6 new or totally renovated student residences.
The campus offers some:
- 982 housing units
- A dining hall,
- A student center (MDE) including a snack bar, lounge, and sports facilities for yoga, bodybuilding, squash, as well as TV rooms, and rooms reserved for clubs and organizations.
Library services
The library offers a rich document library (both online and on the shelves) in the scientific fields taught at ISAE-SUPAERO, in particular in the aerospace sciences, along with 2200 DVDs, works of fiction and non-fiction. The library also has specific individual and group working areas and hosts special exhibits and events.
Medical services
The Medical center located in the Student House (MDE ) on the 1st floor, is staffed by:
- A registered nurse, present on campus Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:00, for care, a simple consultation, or to make an appointment with a doctor (contact : 05.61.33.82.08),
- A work-related doctor is on campus twice a week,
- A dentist/dental surgeon is present on Fridays from 13h30 to 14h15.
Campus life
ISAE-SUPAERO is located in Toulouse, the European capital of aeronautics and space. It is also the number one city in Europe in terms of its aeronautics activities, as well as being number one for space activities and number two worldwide. Over 90,000 people work in some 600 organizations related to the aerospace sector.
