self portrait

As I reflect on my university experience, I, Teta Edith Cynthia, can confidently say that it was a transformative journey that shaped me into the person I am today. Born and raised in Rwanda, I was eager to pursue higher education and make a positive impact in my community. Throughout my time at university, I was determined to make the most of the opportunities available to me, and I worked hard to develop strong time management skills, which enabled me to balance my academic responsibilities with extracurricular activities. My self-confidence grew exponentially as I engaged with peers from diverse backgrounds, sharing ideas and perspectives that broadened my understanding of the world. The university's core values of academic excellence, innovation, and social responsibility resonated deeply with me, and I strove to embody these principles in my academic and personal life. Overall, my university experience was a rich and rewarding one, filled with moments of growth, discovery, and connection with like-minded individuals who shared my passion for learning and making a difference.
