Vistula University (VU; Polish Akademia Finansów i Biznesu Vistula) is a non-public academic higher education institution based in Warsaw, Poland. It was established in 1992 and has achieved its current status through dynamic development and cooperation with other non-public higher education institutions.

In December 2015, Vistula University signed a declaration of support for the “European Charter for Researchers” and the “Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers”.
As the second step in the University’s preparation to apply for the title of HR Excellence in Research, a working group was created to conduct a gap analysis and develop an action plan at the beginning of July 2016. The working group developed two anonymous studies in which employees assessed the level of the University’s compliance with the requirements stipulated in the Charter and the Code.
They aim to strengthen the communication of the alumni with the universities, improving their life and career development, contributing to the development of the students with the alumni, ensuring the continuity of the Vistula University and Vistula School of Hospitality culture, and increasing the alumni’s solidarity.

Vistula Universities provide all students with an option to live in the Vistula dormitory as well as cooperate with private student dorms and companies for apartment rental.
Vistula University has an IT system for supporting students and managing the course of study.
The University has a medical doctor on campus for students and they also have a psychologist to help students with any mental health related issues.
Vistula University has a modern campus located in Ursynow (quiet and green district of capital of Poland, Warsaw). Just 100 metres from metro station it is very convenient to get here. The university has a canteen, barista, vending machines and a gym.
There is a broad range of sport facilities where University students engage in sports individually or in teams. VU has a modern sports hall (600 m2) for basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer, badminton, table tennis, aerobics and tennis, courts, a well-equipped gym and an open tartan basketball court. Currently the leading and most active sport sections are: rowing, badminton, indoor soccer, volleyball and Wushu.
Student clubs and organizations are set up and supported with the aim of developing the interests and realizing the passions of students of Vistula University. Other clubs include but are not limited to: International Relations club, Social club, Music club, Cinema and Theatre club and Hospitality club. All students are welcome to join and participate in these clubs. Students may also become members of Mentoring program and support new students as well as Ambassador program.

I am currently studying Finance and Accounting at Vistula University and my experience has been positive so far. The university is very diverse, with students from many different countries, which makes the environment interesting and welcoming. The program is well structured and the lecturers are supportive. I appreciate the opportunity to learn in an international setting while developing practical knowledge for my future career.
I am a third-year psychology student at VIZJA University. I can�t speak for every department, but I see significant development especially in the psychology and business programs. The psychology program is recommended by the Polish Academy of Sciences and was ranked 5th among all universities and 2nd among private universities in Perspektywy�s psychology rankings. The business school is accredited by IQA CEEMAN and was upgraded to Level 4 by the Positive Impact Rankings. The university is also rising in rankings by institutions like QS and THE. For the first time, it appeared in the RUR World Rankings at 919, which is a milestone and a fantastic development. Of course, not every department is strong�especially the software program hasn�t reached ranking positions, and some students are not satisfied. I think it�s more reasonable to evaluate the university by department. Personally, I am satisfied with my psychology undergraduate education. The professors teaching our courses are experienced and hold recognized titles. If you want to learn, you won�t leave empty-handed. The campus is modern and centrally located, which I really like. There are multiple separate buildings with classrooms and labs, and as the student population grows, they expand with additional campuses. I believe VIZJA will make even greater strides compared to many other private universities in Poland, especially in my department, judging by the rankings.
I enrolled in this university expecting a smooth and transparent process, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. First, I was registered in the wrong program, despite applying and paying for my intended one. When I discovered the error, the university demanded extra fees for the incorrect program, even though I had already paid for my actual program. Resolving this issue required me to physically visit the campus and insist on correcting my registration. On top of that, during my application, the official system displayed a conditional registration fee of 800?PLN, but after confirmation, the university informed me that the actual fee was around 2150?PLN � almost three times higher. They admitted it was a system error, but initially refused to honor the original fee. Additionally, the grading system is extremely slow and inconsistent. Some of my grades were entered up to three months late, negatively affecting my TRC/academic standing. Overall, this university fails in administrative efficiency, transparency, and student support. Students deserve reliable information, timely updates, and fair treatment � which I did not receive here. Btw here my name Arif Mehmet / student number 6***2
