Overview

You will gain comprehensive knowledge on micro- and macroeconomics and you will be ready to start a professional career as an economist. During your studies, you will learn about the latest trends and analytical tools that form the basis of each economist’s skills set, regardless of chosen specialty. You will find out about the insights of both global and local phenomena. You will learn about the relationships between various components of the economy, existing both locally and internationally. We will also teach you how to put this theoretical knowledge into practice, how to develop plans, solve problems and make decisions.

During your Bachelor’s degree studies in Economics at Vistula University in Warsaw, you will work with outstanding, experienced lecturers and business practitioners, who will help you take your first steps in the profession. You will learn how to create a business plan and conduct threat and risk assessment analyses. You will get familiar with relevant legal, financial and organizational aspects of the prefession, as well as the conditionings and principles of company operations. We will teach you how to effectively conduct commercial, marketing and investment activities both at home and abroad, how to analyse markets, successfully negotiate and sign contracts, and how to carry out transactions in multicultural environments.
