History
Created in 1903 by Ernest Solvay, the famous Belgian chemical industrial of his times, Solvay Brussels School is the faculty of Economics and Management of the Université libre de Bruxelles, one of the largest universities in Belgium.

Research

Solvay Schools Alumni is the association that gather all graduates of the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management – ULB. With a network of 25,000+ alumni, in nearly 100 countries worldwide, our alumni are present across all industries.Solvay Schools Alumni organises around 50 activities and conferences every year, aiming at providing professional lifelong learning, career services, support, and networking opportunities for its members. A unique ‘Personal & Professional Development’ programme is also offered to alumni.
Housing services
The Campus Recruitment service was created within the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. Its purpose is to build bridges between students and companies through a wide range of recruiting events.
Workshops, conferences, mock interviews, or custom meetings are organised nearly every week, while the Solvay Career Days are held every year: this event gathers dozens of companies across all industries; this enables Solvay Campus Recruitment to help many students significantly improve their professional skills, find the perfect internship, or get the job of their dreams.
Campus life
As one of the biggest universities in Belgium with around 24,000 students every year, the ULB, of which Solvay Brussels School is part, offers a campus with numerous facilities and events: sports, library, medical services, restaurants, concerts, conferences and many other cultural events all through the year.
Student clubs
The Solvay Consulting Club (SCC) is a student organisation, which promotes entrepreneurship and offers students the opportunity to bridge the gap between their studies and professional skills along with relevant practical experience.

I had classes in several campus
This university is very nice and is well known in Belgium. It's difficult the first few days to make friends and meet people but if you give it a week or 2, you'll end up having a lot of new friends. The professors are quite nice and always available for the students. However the administration needs to be improved. It takes time to complete your papers and things like that at the beginning of the year which can be very annoying.
Solvay Brussels School Review
I recommend this school for several reasons. First, its location in Brussels, the capital of Europe, is a major advantage. Second, it has a strong reputation within the country. And third, the courses are high-quality and the teachers are very knowledgeable. That said, be prepared to work hard as the programme is demanding.
