Overview

This bachelor of science (BSc) program incorporates basic science courses (biology, chemistry, molecular biology and statistics) with HSCI courses about health and disease. Building on a solid base of basic biomedical and applied health science, students will receive advanced training in pharmacology, toxicology, pathophysiology and epidemiology, as well as molecular biology and genetics.

Quantitative and analytical skills requirement

All applicants must demonstrate competence in Quantitative and Analytical skills.

You need a minimum of a C- grade in Pure Mathematics or Mathematics and Statistics on the GCE Ordinary “O” Level Examinations, or a minimum of a D grade in Advanced “A” Level (or AS Level) Examinations for admission.

General Certificate of Education Advanced Level or Cambridge Pre-University Diploma
Admission average calculated on a minimum of three A-Level subjects, or two A-levels and two AS-Level subjects (all of which must be in different subject areas)
