The Property and Valuation (Honours) program at RMIT University prepares you for a dynamic and fast-paced role as a property professional. 

This industry-accredited degree focuses on developing critical writing, research and analytical abilities along with the technical skills required to be successful in this dynamic industry.

Throughout the program, you'll gain a thorough understanding of the property specific skills along with the required economic, accounting, urban planning, financial and legal knowledge. 

You'll learn how to communicate effectively with other built environment professionals and develop your knowledge of related professions, such as project management, construction management and urban planning.
