Overview
Following the recent global economic crisis, economics is more important and relevant than ever. Decisions on money, banking, interest rates, taxation and government spending affect us all, with global consequences. Join the Economics and Business Law (Hons) degree at the University of Strathclyde to learn more about it!
Economics aims to understand the activities of the different agents in the economy – consumers, producers and the government – and how they all fit together.
In Business Law, you’ll study commercial law and business legal regulations. These include company law, competition law and human rights law.
Business Law can only be studied as a second subject as a joint Honours option.
