General requirements
- Applicants much be in full time employment (part time is not eligible).
- They welcome applicants who have completed the Aston University Foundation Degree in Hearing Aid Audiology, as well as those who have completed a similar Foundation Degree in Hearing Aid Audiology at a recognised UK institution to apply for this direct entry to final year progression route. This Level 6 Top-up programme is suitable for practicing Hearing Aid Audiologists with relevant professional body registration.
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or functional skills in Literacy and Numeracy with a pass
- A distinction or merit in Foundation Degree Audiology (a transcript is required for your application)
- HCPC registration
- If your degree is older than 5 years, you will need to partake in a verification of experience and qualification interview
- Students must attend simulated sessions at Aston University
