There is an emphasis on teamwork, real-world simulations and project management skills throughout the program. The Commerce (Strategic Human Resources Management) (Honours) (Co-op) degree Algonquin College capstone course involves an industry-based project where you will work in collaborative teams to research, design and create strategic human resources management initiatives for an organization.

Mature students are applicants who have not achieved the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or its equivalent and who are at least 19 years of age on or before the commencement of the program in which they intend to enroll.
