The Operating Department Practice (Hons) program offered by Bournemouth University provides hands-on experience working in surgical theatres with multiple and varied practical work placements that make up around half of your time on the course

Course is HCPC approved and graduates have high employment rates. Graduates are eligible to apply for registration as a qualified ODP. 100% of students were in employment or further study after completing the course

GCSE English Language or English Literature and Mathematics grade 4 (or grade C in the old grading system). We also accept iGCSEs, Key Skills and Functional Skills and other qualifications at Level 2 of the National Qualifications Framework.
