Overview
The (Hons) Film, Screen and Content Production course from the University of West London will teach you practical film, moving image and content production skills. You will learn how to take an idea, develop it by writing a script and then go on to produce a creative piece of work such as a film, a short reel or a podcast.
As well as being involved in all aspects of making films, adverts, music and performance videos and podcasts, you will also create compelling material for advertising campaigns by telling stories that help connect brands to audiences across different digital platforms.
The course is tailored to your interests, so you will learn how to make long-form film projects as well as crafting short-form, shareable content optimised for distribution on social media applications such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
If you are interested in making content for all the platforms and places where you currently watch and listen to things then this filmmaking course is for you.
