- Applicants who have completed a diploma, or a minimum of 60 college or university credits (normally including 24 second-year level credits) from a recognized post-secondary institution with a minimum overall GPA of 'B-' (2.67/4.33).
- At least 420 hours of hospitality/tourism-related work experience, volunteer work, guest service-related experience or cooperative education.
