Throughout the Food Service Technology (Hons) course from Management and Science University you will be exposed to monitoring techniques and effective approaches to running a food service business. You will learn food microbiology, processing and preservation, nutrition, also quality control and assurance.

Experience studying abroad through MSU Global Mobility Programme, through which you can study for a semester or more at MSU’s international partner universities in Europe or Asia.
