Overview

The Hotel Management - Food Production course from Maharishi Markandeshwar University (MMU) includes theory and practical components covering food preparation, Cooking Principles and Practices, Food Safety and Hygiene.

In the first year, the students are trained theoretically in the areas of food production and the last six months will be utilized as Industrial Training where the students will get an opportunity to work in real-time environment and situations in the hotel which will enhance the practical skills of the students.
