After graduation
What will you become:
- International Journalist: You can become a correspondent for international news organizations or work as a freelancer. This may involve written, audio or video journalism, depending on your specialization.
- Multimedia Content Creator: With skills in written articles, photo, audio and video journalism, you can independently produce multimedia content. This can range from blog posts and videos to podcasts and photo reports.
- International News Analyst: You can also take on a role where you not only do news reporting, but also analyse news and provide context. This may include, for example, understanding and explaining the political, economic or cultural background of news events.
- Media Advisor for International Companies/Organizations: With your knowledge of media and journalism, you can work as a consultant for companies or organizations that operate internationally. You could help them understand media relations, crisis communications and how to effectively convey their message in different media forms.
- International Editor or Producer: You may take on a role within the editorial or production teams of international media companies. This may involve coordinating content, editing, or even producing programs for international audiences.
- Investigative Journalist: You can focus on in-depth research and investigative journalism, unravelling and revealing complex issues in international contexts.

Year 1+2: Each semester, students will receive the course Journalism Skills, which is primarily project-based where they will learn all the different skills (research, reporting, in the context of a project). This is complemented by audiovisual skills where Premiere is used. This forms the basis.
In the second year, they also learn to handle the camera, especially in front of a camera, and in the fourth semester, they are prepared for the expert tracks in the third year.
Year 3: Specialise in courses of your interest (Investigative journalism or Live & Mobile journalism) or study at one of our partner institutions abroad and do an internship in an international company in Belgium of abroad:
