Course overview
The Human Resource Management program at The University of Wales Trinity Saint David provides a practical and analytical understanding of business and management while allowing you to develop knowledge and understanding in the specialist area of human resources. The integration of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) modules will ensure students choosing this pathway have a clear understanding of the requirements of the professional body within this discipline.
Modules will include key business disciplines such as finance, human resource management and professional development but will also include discipline-specific modules, Leading and Developing People and Managing Employee Relations. Skills such as project management, entrepreneurship, creativity, coaching, mentoring, critical thinking and communication will be integrated in the modules.
