Over two years, you will enjoy a mix of theoretical and practical welding courses in Fanshawe's new state-of-the-art welding lab. The program features a significant amount of in-lab practice time to allow you to master your craft. Instruction will incorporate emerging technologies and welding processes such as virtual/augmented reality, robotics pulse and pulse robotics welding.

- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or a mature applicant with the following course

- Students who do not meet the admission requirements are recommended for academic upgrading. A conditional offer may be possible with proof of enrolment. Alternatively, applicants may choose to do a one-year Pre-Technology preparatory program that provides all the admissions requirements for this program.
