General requirements

The minimum number of semesters to obtain a Diploma is set at 10. In the first nine, courses, tutorials and workshops are delivered. The tenth semester is dedicated to the preparation of the Diploma Thesis.

The educational work of each academic year is structured in time in 2 semesters. Each semester includes at least 13 full weeks for teaching and 2 for examinations.

Interruption of the educational work and the general operation of an AEI, beyond what is provided by law, is possible by decision of the Senate and only in exceptional cases.
If, for any reason, the number of teaching hours carried out in a course is less than 2/3 of the one provided in the program for the working days of the corresponding semester, it is considered that this course was not taught.
