The Human Resource Management and Development (Hons) from University of Greenwich introduces you to all the aspects of people management which support a business to be effective.

We cover everything, from attracting potential employees and getting them working together to helping a business grow and achieve its goals. You will gain a good understanding of the theories and practical skills you need to build a career in HR. You will learn to design, co-ordinate and implement the complete employment cycle from recruitment, selection, performance management to employee exits and dismissals in a fair way. We do this through a good understanding of people and their motivations and by using the best evidence to ensure we make the correct decisions about how people work together for business success.
