Overview
Our Sport and Exercise Science (Hons) from University of Greenwich will develop your knowledge of sports physiology, biomechanics, nutrition and psychology, and performance analysis. Using advanced sports science equipment, you'll explore these areas in the lab and through the study of a sport or health-related exercise of your choice.
What you should know about this course
This four-year degree is identical to the three-year course but has a foundation year with lower entry requirements
Study a sports science degree that is in the top 20 in the UK (Complete University Guide 2023).
The foundation year includes academic writing, computing skills, introduction to the subject and more.
Students studying this course can expect to earn up to £30,000 on graduation (HESA, 2020).
Our campus is home to excellent facilities including an indoor AstroTurf airdome, sports hall and strength and conditioning lab.

- A Level: 32 points from a Science subject.
- BTEC National: Extended Diploma in a Science related area.
- A Level and BTEC National: Diploma/Extended Certificate in a Science related area and 32 points from A Level Biology.

- In addition, you will need: GCSE Mathematics at grade 4/C and GCSE English Language/Literature at grade 4/C.
