Accreditation

BSc Planning and Real Estate is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), as well as a spatial qualification by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). To acquire full accreditation by the RTPI, you must also complete a specialist qualification.
