By participating in athletics, dance, games, gymnastics, outdoor and adventurous activities and swimming, you will explore the practical areas of the national curriculum for PE.

This Physical Education and Sport (Hons) degree at University of Greenwich will develop your contemporary knowledge and understanding of PE and sport, as well as relevant skills for a range of sport-related careers. It is taught at Avery Hill Campus, home to our extensive sports facilities and where most of our student sports take place.

Careers

Dedicated courses in Year 1 and Year 3 prepare students to enhance their employability for PE and sport-related careers. Work placement opportunities are built into each year of the programme.

Graduates are equipped to work in a variety of roles within PE and Sport such as teaching (via a PGCE programme leading to Qualified Teacher Status), coaching, sport development and sports promotion.
