General Requirements

  •  Grade 12 (or equivalent) or mature student status
  •  English Studies 12/English First Peoples 12 with a minimum of 73% (or equivalent)
  •  Foundations of Mathematics 12 or Pre-calculus 11 with a minimum C+ (or equivalent)
  •  Physics 11 (or equivalent)
Please note students need a strong background in physics and math. Those applicants whose math and physics requirements are more than five years old and other applicants who math and physics skills are weak should consider “refresher” courses in these subjects prior to applying for the ARET program.
