Overview
At the Human Resource Management program at Auburn University at Montgomery, you’ll develop practical skills in leadership, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and people management. You’ll learn about compensation, health and safety, and labor law as you also become skilled at hiring the right people and keeping those you hire happy and productive. Internships at businesses such as East Alabama Medical Center, Kelly Services, Max Credit Union, and others will give you experience that will position you for full-time employment after graduation. Human Resource Management is a concentration within the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.

- A completed AUM online application; no application fee.
- Your official high school transcript (which should be mailed or e-mailed directly to AUM from your high school) and official English translation if your transcript is not in English.
- Proof of English proficiency (unless you are exempt). You can take the TOEFL IBT (minimum 61 points), the IELTS (minimum 5.5 points), PTE (minimum 44), or the TOEFL PBT (minimum 500 points). More information about English proficiency test requirements.
- Proof of sufficient financial resources (Bank statement and/or letter from your sponsor in English). The bank statement should show at least $28,625 available.
