The programme provides the academic underpinning and skills necessary to prepare you for a career as a building surveyor up to Bachelor’s degree standard.

This BSc programme in Building Surveying at University College of Estate Management is primarily designed for people with an interest in building, facilities management or property who wish to further their career with a degree or gain professional membership of one of the accrediting organisations. Many of our students often already work in, or are associated with, the property and building sectors.
