Overview

The Finance modules are designed to help you better understand the theories leading to the design of financial institutions, the services they provide and the products they sell. The topics covered in the Accounting and Finance (Hons) programme from Keele University  range from optimal portfolio creation and management, to project appraisals and financing, to risk management through the use of such derivatives such as options, futures and swaps. Drawing on economics, law, management, mathematics, statistics and IT, you will build your understanding of business strategy, behaviour and performance in the global context.
