The Mathematics program of University of New Brunswick provides students with the opportunity to benefit from the small class sizes while still having a range of interesting courses from which to choose. As an upper year undergraduate student there are opportunities to be a teaching assistant marking assignments, to be a tutor in the Flora Beckett Math and Science Help Centre helping first year students, or to work on a summer research project with a faculty member.

Become a mathematics specialist or expand your mathematics knowledge with this certificate designed specifically for current and future teachers. Available to all interested students, it requires the completion of 10 term courses in mathematics including the Education course Teaching Elementary School Mathematics.
