Merit Scholarships are awarded every year to the U.Porto students with the best academic results.
Benefits
These scholarships are a cash prize for students enrolled in Bachelor’s, Master’s and Integrated Master’s programmes who display exceptional academic achievement, regardless of their socio-economic situation.
Eligibility
- In addition, U.Porto awards Incentive Prizes to the best first-year students of each one of its 14 schools/faculties.
- The prizes – equivalent to the amount of the annual tuition fees – are awarded during the commemoration ceremony on University Day.
