History
- 100 years ago, the University of Saskatchewan gave out the first undergraduate accounting degree, making us one of Canada’s oldest business schools.
Education
- At the graduate level, we offer a variety of Master’s programs in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, and Marketing.
- We also work closely with the business community through our Executive Education team by providing training and professional development opportunities.
Research
- Our faculty are extensively involved in partnerships for research, teaching and community engagement.
- We forge mutally-beneficial relationships with non-profits, small businesses, entrepreneurial start-ups, corporations and public sector organizations and collaborate with researchers from around the world.

- The Edwards School of Business Technology Support Center provides technical, computing and audio-visual support for faculty, staff and students in the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan.
- The Center currently supports three 24 hour computer labs as well as number of computers in the graduate student carrels, student board rooms and the Student Lounge.
Campus life
- Located on the banks of the South Saskatchewan River, we are known for being one of the most beautiful campuses in Canada.In 2009, the Edwards School of Business proudly announced the addition of a downtown campus called the K.W. Nasser Centre.
- The campus is a 17,000-square-foot facility located in downtown Saskatoon. It will house our innovative and growing MBA program, our Business Advisory Services and executive programming, the ABAC program and our Executive Business Administration Program. We are excited about the opportunity to move closer to the business community, one of our important stakeholders.
Student clubs
- The Graduate Students' Association (GSA) is a not-for-profit organization that represents over 4000 graduate students at the University of Saskatchewan.
- The GSA provides professional, academic, and social activities and services, and promotes awareness of issues relevant to graduate students.
- All graduate students at the University of Saskatchewan are members of the GSA and thus have the right to vote in elections, referenda and at general meetings. The general membership is the highest decision-making body of the GSA.
Accreditation
- The Edwards School of Business is pursuing an important accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), and to do so we have begun capturing the changes being made to many of our courses.
