History
Founded in 1889 by the Law Society of Upper Canada, Osgoode Hall Law School is Canada’s second-oldest and largest common-law law school. It takes its name from Osgoode Hall, built on Queen Street in Toronto in 1829. The School was housed there until its affiliation with York University and move in 1968.
