Founded in 1895 as the Montgomery Preparatory School, WVU Tech has a rich history of academic excellence.
WVU Tech consists of two academic colleges: the College of Business, Humanities and Social Sciences and the Leonard C. Nelson College of Engineering and Sciences. WVU Tech offers more than 40 academic programs, including 8 ABET-accredited engineering programs. With a student-to-faculty ratio of 12:1 and an average class size of 17 students, our classes provide students with personalized attention in a supportive environment
A campus within the West Virginia University system, WVU Tech offers more than 40 different academic programs and 81 percent of our 1200+ enrolled students receive some form of financial aid. Great Teachers especially in the mathematics department. The school as a whole wasn't too bad but academic wise it was great. Very tough experience
